Fitness Update!

So I posted a while ago that I was starting a 30 day fitness challenge with BodyRockTV. Well I did their workouts for about a week and then decided to change it up and do it differently. I love their workouts, but it can be complicated sometimes because you have to watch the videos before working out and write everything down. Also, sometimes their moves get really complicated and there is usually 12. So when I have the time beforehand they are an awesome burn, but just too time consuming otherwise. I took a look at their older videos and they seem damn awesome and somewhat less complicated, especially the time or rep challenges which I want to do a few of!

So this is what last week looked like:

Day OFF

I'm going to be taking it to the next level this week because even though I  feel that I was pushing myself physically and all but I'm not feeling the pain of it the next day like I remember my body feeling when I used to work out this much. I'm thinking it means that I can push harder, which is definitely the plan for this week.

I'm feeling great though! I am at a better fitness level than I thought I was and that is a great feeling!

I am looking into doing my first 5k run on March 17th. I want to get my time down to close to 30 mins and that means doing a ton more running in the next few weeks! I run/walk a 5k everyday but my time is regularly around 45 mins. I haven't been running consistently though and I think I can definitely hit my goal!

Now I have to get back to it!! Have a great week! PUSH IT EVERYDAY!
